As the holy grail of Red Carpets, the 2018 Grammy Awards did not disappoint. Celebrating its 60th anniversary, the prestigious music awards show returned to New York City after 15 years, bringing with it the swag and theatrics New Yorkers are known for. The Time’s Up initiative’s presence was felt with people wearing white roses to support of the fight against sexual harassment and other types of abuse within the industry. This statement was a more demure contrast to the All Black attire that was seen at the Golden Globes. A night for political and social statements aside, fashion was in high form with dramatic looks unfolding throughout the night. Lady Gaga monopolized the scene early, opening the red carpet with what seemed like a Phantom of the Oprah Broadway nod in Armani Prive bodysuit and full bloom skirt.
